Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Because many home fragrance items are personal-use and safety-sensitive:


Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within [14 days] of delivery (change as you prefer). Items must be in original condition/packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened      candles/wax melts/room sprays
  • Custom or personalized      orders
  • Clearance/final sale      items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received/inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundableunless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective item, we’ll replace it (subject to stock availability) or offer a refund.


Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Damages & Order Issues Policy

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@willowix.com within [48 hours] of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label
  • Brief description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and inventory.
